Founded in 1888, Lingnan University (LU) has one of the longest established higher learning traditions in Hong Kong. Forbes calls the institution a leading Liberal Arts College in Asia and in 2020, LU was ranked 2nd worldwide for “Quality Education” in the Times Higher Education University Impact Rankings. The University also conducts Interdisciplinary research programmes that focuses on sustainability, a goal that spans many areas of human endeavours.
